The Embassy of the Republic of Albania invites visitors between November 24 and 28 in the Atrium City Hall to see Albania from a new perspective — from above — where history and beauty meet in harmony, giving voice to the timeless monuments that continue to shape the nation’s identity.

As Albania’s tourism grows, it becomes vital to share not only the beauty of today but also the depth of the past. Some of that past lies hidden beneath the earth, while other parts rise proudly across the landscape — silent witnesses of ancient civilizations.

Through the lens of aerial photographer Alket Islami, this exhibition reveals breathtaking views of Albania’s cultural treasures — castles, mosaics, churches, mosques, aqueducts, and UNESCO sites such as Butrint, Apollonia, and Bylis.

Alket Islami is an aerial photographer and the president of the National Aero Club of Albania. Through his passion about documenting historical and cultural landmarks in his peculiar way, he has developed a new relationship with his country.
